Hickory Smoked BBQ Baked Beans (served hot or cold)
A combination of pinto and red beans slowly simmered in a stock of vinegar, special sugars, whole grain mustard, and black strap molasses. These will stick to your ribs!
Country Style Potato Salad
Tender red and white potatoes tossed with caramelized onions, roasted garlic, celery and a special Dijon-inspired slightly sweet vinaigrette.
Country Style Cole Slaw
A blend of red and green cabbages, shredded carrots, and a special house dressing. So good even the Colonel will quiver in his boots!
Grilled Corn on the Cobb
Nothing better than fresh local-grown corn imparted with a light smoky flavor. Served with butter. If you are from Pennsylvania, it is served with mustard.
Jalapeno Corn Bread
Rich buttery homemade cornbread with specks of red jalapenos served with whipped honey butter.

This list is only part of what is available. If there is a specific soup you would like, let us know and it can be created especially for you. Soups and stews are available hot and ready to eat, or served cold and ready to warm up whenever you are ready to eat. Soups and stews come packed in individual containers or larger packs for families and group lunches.

Above prices are priced per dozen pieces. *Starred* menu Items are priced per person. All items include necessary accompaniments such as napkins, plates, cups, and flatware.
Menu of Services
All events include disposable service ware such as paper plates, napkins paper cups (if needed) and plastic flatware. All service utensils are provided as well. Upgrade of disposable product is available for a small fee. When upgrade option is selected, colors of napkins can be chosen, heavy duty plastic plates and crystal or silver colored flatware are used. China and silverware options are available and will be quoted on an individual event basis.
All events are served buffet style unless plated service is requested. If there is a need for servers, they are billed by the hour with a three-hour minimum.
Alcohol Policy: Great Escape Catering Co. does not provide alcoholic beverages because of the liability involved. However we have a full staff of licensed bartenders and servers who can serve any alcohol you provide and are hired by the hour (four-hour minimum) for your event.
Pick up service is available: all food will be packed in disposable containers; no need to return.
Drop off service: food can be dropped off at designated location and will include disposable heating pans to keep food hot, as well as disposable coolers for any cold foods.
Delivery, set up and take down: there are no delivery fees if the distance is within 15 miles. Outside of 15 miles a $25.00 fee applies. There is no fee for set up and break down.
Rentals: tables, chairs and linens are available and will be quoted on individual event needs. We will gladly arrange rentals of any needed items, however you are responsible for any damage or loss.
